The Hungary House officially opened in Jinan’s Tianqiao District, marking a new milestone in China–Hungary collaboration. The inauguration took place during the China (Jinan) Trade and Technology Exchange Conference, co-hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Shandong Branch and the People’s Government of Tianqiao District, with support from the Central and Eastern Europe—China Science and Technology Exchange Association and other partners.

The initiative, themed “Attracting Talent, Connecting Trade,” brings together over 20 Hungarian and Central and Eastern European enterprises, creating a comprehensive platform for business, innovation, cultural exchange, and entrepreneurship incubation. Hungary House will serve as a hub for collaboration in sectors including talent development, culture, tourism, agriculture, and health products, strengthening bilateral ties and fostering practical innovation.
Officials highlighted the strategic significance of the platform. Tianqiao District Vice Mayor Jiao Xiaoli noted that the project reflects deepening local ties with Hungarian enterprises, aligns with the Belt and Road Initiative, and contributes to the broader Global Development Initiative. Zeng Yafei, President of the China Chamber of International Commerce, emphasized that Hungary House opens a new gateway for China–Hungary engagement and sets a model for future cross-border collaboration.
Representatives from Hungary House (Shandong) Technology Services and the Central and Eastern Europe—China Science and Technology Exchange Association presented the project’s goals, functions, and development plans. The inauguration ceremony officially launched Hungary House as a key channel for business cooperation, resource sharing, and innovation collaboration.
The event also featured a signing ceremony between Jinniu Group and Hungary House (Shandong) Technology Services, covering multiple sectors including trade and construction materials. Both parties pledged to strengthen communication, foster long-term partnerships, and expand opportunities for joint ventures.

The establishment of Hungary House represents a strategic step in China–Hungary collaboration, providing a practical platform for enterprises to explore opportunities, share expertise, and advance innovation-led growth.
