2026 WIC Global Youth Leaders application is open now

The World Internet Conference (WIC) Global Youth Leadership Program (GYLP) 2026 is now accepting applications.

Launched in 2023, the GYLP identifies outstanding young leaders in the global internet and ICT fields. Selected participants will join high-level exchanges, forums, training programs, and research activities with global leaders from government, industry, and academia.

What selected participants will gain:

Official WIC Global Youth Leader Certificate
Invitation to the 2026 WIC Wuzhen Summit and Youth Forum (including speaking opportunities)
Engagement with global leaders in internet governance and digital development
Opportunities for research, training, and international collaboration
Priority access to WIC internship opportunities

Eligibility:
Applicants must be under 45 and demonstrate achievements or leadership in internet-related fields such as policy, business, research, or public interest.
